Flickr + Picross = FLICROSS.

Flicross turns Flickr photos into nonogram puzzles using images licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License.

Every day has one shared puzzle for everyone. The daily word and photo index are generated from the UTC date.

• Daily Puzzle: the same puzzle for everyone today.
• Random Puzzle: a random word and result from the built-in dictionary.
• Use Word: puzzle based on your own word and chosen grid size.
• Next Result: advance to the next Flickr image for the current word.

Grid size preferences are saved locally in your browser (5x5 to 20x20).

Generating puzzles can take a while depending on Flickr response times and image processing.
